This Craftsman style two-story wood frame single-family residence was constructed circa 1917. It is located in the Audubon Historic District in the Montrose neighborhood. Working closely with the owners, we developed a new floor plan that updates the house for modern living. The kitchen was placed in the existing dining room and opened to a breakfast nook at the rear of the house. A downstairs powder room was added to the house. The second floor was reworked to create a large, primary bedroom with a new en suite bathroom and large closet. A new garage was added to the property.
